Shipping policy

FREE shipping on orders of $50+ to all lower 48 states! Please contact us for shipping quotes to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the US!

SIOW Studio offers free shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).  All orders are shipped from Kansas City, MO. 

Free shipping items are not sent expedited. If you wish to have your items shipped expedited, please select another shipping option at your cost.

All orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. SIOW LLC is not responsible for packages that are non delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. 

In order to give us time to make each piece, all orders may take between 5-10 business days to ship. If, for some reason, there is a delay, you will be immediately contacted. We ship to the continental US but currently do not offer international shipping. If you are an international customer that would like to place an order to be shipped to a US address, please contact us for further assistance.

Please make sure that you follow the tracking number that is emailed to you and make sure that you or someone you trust can receive the package. SIOW LLC is not responsible for damaged or stolen items. 

SIOW LLC will contact you immediately if the merchandise you selected is currently not in stock. If we have to change carriers due to the weight or size of the items you purchased and to avoid further shipping charges, we will notify you via E-mail.
